The vocabulary, used exactly. Parallel words for the same idea are how a system stops being explainable, so these terms are fixed.

| Organization to Company | An org owns many company workspaces. Company is the tenant boundary. |
| ActionContract | An immutable, hash-addressed proposal. Never edited. |
| PolicyDecision | The pure policy engine's output, with a rule trace. |
| Approval | Scoped and bounded: once, standing, or bounded. Never a naked boolean. |
| ExecutionRun | One attempt at a contract. A retry is a new run. |
| VerificationResult | Produced by an actor that is not the executor. |
| Evidence | Immutable, hashed, and carrying a required provenance. |
| Capability | resource:action:scope |
| Provenance | simulated or live. Required. No default. |
| Trust label | trusted or untrusted, on every context item fed to a model. |
